GES Portal
Use the link below to access the GES Exhibitor Portal and purchase all necessary items for your booth, including WiFi, electricity, furniture, carpet, etc.

Please complete the below form with up-to-date and accurate company information for the Show Guide, along with the names of any complimentary conference pass recipients.
Exhibit Hall Diagram
Please view the Exhibit Hall Diagram to view your designated booth space. Similar to last year, the Exhibit Hall will be combined with the General Session & Main Stage to maximize exposure.
Show Guide
If your sponsorship includes a Show Guide Ad, please review the specs and submit your artwork to info@wirelesswestconference.com by March 20th.
If your sponsorship does NOT includes a Show Guide Ad, you are eligible for a 25% discount on any ad in the conference show guide. Please contact Wireless West to purchase.

Pre & Post Event eBlasts
If your sponsorship includes a pre-event and/or post-event eBlast, please send the corresponding artwork, files, and content, along with the requested subject line to info@wirelesswestconference.com prior to March 20th.
eBlasts Requirements
- Artwork/content is to be created by the sponsor
- Artwork/content is subject to approval by Wireless West prior to distribution
- If sending artwork, please send in PDF, JPG, or PNG format
- If sending a pre-designed eBlast, please send in HTML format
- eBlasts will be scheduled on a first come, first serve basis
- Pre-Event eBlasts will be sent out no earlier than 1 month prior to the event date
- Post-Event eBlasts will be sent out no later than 1 month following the event date
